HOWARD A. WIENER – Howard “Bud” Wiener is the founder of the firm, having established it following his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1956. He has represented numerous businesses in a variety of industries, mostly medium sized entrepreneur companies providing legal and business advise, Bud also concentrates in estate planning and administration. He has worked closely with many business owners regarding business formations and has significant experience in business breakups or “divorce”.
Bud is a past President of the Lehigh County (PA) Bar Association as well as several civic organizations. He has been recognized in Who’s Who Among American Attorneys.

JOEL B. WIENER – Joel concentrates his practice in business matters, real estate and commercial litigation. His business clients include many companies involved in the construction industry. He has litigated civil matters in Pennsylvania’s county courts and Federal Courts. His practice also includes extensive experience in bank and loan negotiation, documentation and workout. He has been recognized in Who’s Who Among American Attorneys.
Joel is admitted to practice in the states of Pennsylvania, Florida and New Jersey.

STEPHEN W. WIENER – Steve concentrates his practice in business, LLC Tax and estate planning and administration matters. His business clients include a variety of manufacturers and technology related companies. Steve advises on taxation and general business issues as well as having experience in bank and loan negotiation and documentation. Estate planning is provided for a range of clients from sophisticated estate plans for the high net worth individuals to “simple wills” for AARP members. Steve is a member of the AARP legal services network.
Steve is admitted to practice in the states of Pennsylvania and Florida.
Steve is a member of the Estate and Gift Tax Committee of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association and has been a lecturer and panelist at various tax and business seminars. He is also a member of the Lehigh County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations and the Florida Bar.

JOHN H. MCKEEVER – John is of counsel to the firm and today concentrates primarily on business and person financial matters, and estate and trust planning. John’s vast experience provides his clients with a smooth transition as he has started to slow down his practice while at the same time providing our attorney’s the ability to tap into his knowledge in assisting these clients as well as being available to give guidance in other matters drawing on his extensive background in many areas of business and law.
John was formerly President of First Lehigh Bank.

DAVID C. SCHATTENSTEIN – David concentrates his practice in debtor and creditor and bankruptcy law. He is admitted in many United States District Bankruptcy Courts and has expertise in creditor representation and debtor reorganization and work out matters, financing and asset planning.
