We provide representation in all aspects of real estate, from purchase and sale of property, including like kind exchanges, to development, construction, financing, leasing and operation of all types of properties. We handle real estate matters in multi family housing, commercial office, shopping center, and industrial sites for our clients. In addition, we can provide title insurance services through an affiliate, Omega Abstract Company, an agent for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company.
We also can assist in determining the most appropriate type entity to use for a project based on the needs and goals of the owner as well as various tax issues.
We assist developers of land for residential and commercial purposes through all stages of development with representation before zoning and planning commissions and in Court when necessary. Representation is provided in buying, financing and selling of all types of real estate including office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, apartment complexes, industrial properties and raw ground.
Zoning and Land Use
Our attorneys work with developers and individuals on matters ranging from minor variances to major subdivisions and development of sites for office and medical parks, commercial and industrial projects and single and multi-family housing developments.
We have experience at all phases of zoning and land use from initial application to completion of construction. We work with numerous engineers, surveyors, architects and builders to assist in development and construction of real estate projects.
Representation is provided in zoning and land use matters before administrative boards, such as zoning hearing boards, planning boards and other municipal authorities as well as appeals of zoning and land use matters in Courts.
